A Public Hearing on an application seeking relief from variances to the Village of Pittsford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on November 15, 2023, at 6:30 PM. The application was made by Boa-Anh Walters, owner of the property located at 37 Courtenay Circle, Pittsford, NY 14534 for area variances seeking relief from Village Code §210-20.6 to seek a lot variance increase from 31.3 40.3 percent. Please take notice that the public hearing will be held before the Village of Pittsford Zoning Board of Appeals at the Village Hall, 21 North Main Street, Pittsford, New York
