A Public Hearing on an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals from Jennifer Collins for area variances seeking relief from Village Code 210-25.2.A (1) for parking and loading spaces prohibited in the front yard, and Village Code §210-25.2.C. (1) to operate multiple businesses on a commercial property at 7-10 Schoen Place that cumulatively require 154 parking spaces where 133 parking spaces are provided.


Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Village of Pittsford Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals will not be meeting in-person. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders 202.1, 202.3, 202.4, 202.6, 202.7, 202.8, 202.10, 202.13, 202.14, 202.15, 202.18, the January 20, 2021 Village of Pittsford Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via videoconferencing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments.
