COMIDA Public Hearing - Pittsford Canalside Properties LLC located at 75 Monroe Avenue

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 5:30 pm, in the Village Hall Meeting Room at Village Hall, 21 North Main Street, Pittsford, NY 14534, the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA) will conduct a public hearing, in compliance with Article 18-A of the New York State General Municipal Law.  

 

COMIDA will, at the above-stated time and place, present a copy of the Pittsford Canalside Properties LLC's application and hear all person with views in favor of or opposed to either the location or nature of the Facility, or the proposed financial assistance being contemplated by COMIDA.  In addition, at, or prior to, such hearing, interested parties may submit to COMIDA written materials pertaining to such matter.
